Asset Creation
Whether it’s a building with full interior and exterior or a virtual cardboard cutout of a distant tree, my ability to quickly populate scenes with custom assets is vital to each project I work on.

Environment Design
Crafting unique environments for each project has quickly become one of my favorite parts of the 3D process, from virtual cyc wall stages to photo realistic expansive scenes build from GIS data.

Shading and Simulation
The combination of custom shaders and custom node-based simulations allows me to create highly modular scenes for each animation.

Lighting Design
Usually when a 3D scene “looks fake”, the biggest culprit is the lighting design. I like to work backwards from the way a physical scene would be lit and translate that into 3D space.
